What's the point of Vodacom on hellopeter?

I've just left that charade of a store in Tygervalley after getting the exact word for word response from Vodashop Tygervalley after two weeks of back and forth, including posting on hellopeter. I've had to leave the office and walk into that melting pot of pathetic service and ineptitude five times now. Phoning is pointless as you cannot hear the staff on the phone and when you do the convo is peppered with 'Huh huh? what what??' and then changes between english and afrikaans for further dramatic effect. <br> <br> The policy at VodashopTygervalley is now blatantly obvious
