What on earth is going on Vodacom

Amazingly - I just a call from a Vodacom dealer in Durban ( why Durban & why now ? ) same story as the previous ****mer. Special offer & free phones, and in the end, in spite of all her talking, she could not put the offer in writing. So , Fatima from Durbs was put on our trail because we are still on our Ballito address.😵💫. I'm sure it's 'Mahli's finger in this! I told her - I want all the unauthorized money that they have gotten from me back in my account and immediate cancelling of the ******* contract. She said several times : Vodacom will not refund you, Never!!
