What Now
Vodacom and RAM Couriers need to get their stories straight! I need to change the delivery address for my new phone, as I did not receive the sms a day before as stated on the order confirmation I received. I get an email from RAM: 1) Vodacom still hasn't changed to my married surname after submitting my marriage certificate how many times, 2) It states on the email that I can phone RAM's customer care number if the address is wrong. That is what I did and then Jonathan informed me that I have to phone Vodacom to do that. Now here is where I need to apologize as I just put the phone down in Jonathan's ear as a way to stop me from exploding. Now, nowhere on Vodacom's website am I given the option for a number to call to change the address. And the customer care number just rings and rings. So what the hell am I supposed to do? Let RAM couriers come to the address hundreds of time until I am at it?
