What next day delivery?

Really disappointed in vodacoms After sales service, it all started when I finally decide to upgrade online because of the 'so called next day delivery 'and avoid the black Friday rush, I requested an upgrade on Wednesday 22nd Nov. Online and no sales consultants ever called me back, then I took it upon myself on Thursday 23rd to call ********** and order a new phone myself, even though I knew I'm probably doing myself in because of the black Friday deal the next day, my thinking was I'd avoid the rush of orders or atleast get it shipped before, the mass orders of bf. So that was the 23rd Nov. Today is the 30th Nov and I decided to call the call after a long wait and finally getting through to Thando who said it will be shipped next week, which would make it 2 weeks longer than the advertised ' next day shipping' she atleast asked Charesse who was my sales consultants to call me back. Which she did, to let me know the phone and ps4 bundle is still sitting at the warehouse and she will see if she can escalate the matter. What real gets me is the false advertising of ' next day delivery ' and the fact that I actually order products from takealot on Friday 24 th Nov and they have already been delivered on Monday,I'm sure they had a much more items to dispatch. They way things are going I might get a Xmas present from vodacom.
