What must one do to get any query resolved. Go to a lawyer!!

I did a review about bad service from vodacom last week here on hellopeter and the only response from vodacom was that a consultant will be in contact with me. But just as the bad service you get when phoning and talking to a consultant and getting nowhere there response also delivers absolutely nothing. Still trying to get my query sorted still nothing done about my request for them to listen to the phonecall recording as i im being billed the wrong about to what they said ill be charged for the data. And it seems like my only salution to get this sorted is to go and see a lawyer and i am going to put it on all sosialmedia platforms. People needs to know what type of service one gets from vodacom they just interested in "*****ing" ones money and all you hear when on the phone is how important you and your call is to them. Vodacom is just all empty promises and i will after this never ever recommend vodacom to any one they seem to be the worst service provider to do any business with!!!
