What is your rule for Data Bundle expiry date?????

I called Vodacom call centre and also sent email to address the issues I have on the data bundles, but I have been ignored by Vodacom since beginning of the month.

I bought a pay once prepaid data bundle at on the 1st February 2015. According to the pay once prepaid data bundle terms and conditions clause 12, 'pay once data bundles are valid up to 24:00 on the 60th day from and including the day of purchase'. Everything was fine until August 2015. The 1GB bundle activated for August 2015 was expired on the 31 August 2015, by which means it was only valid for 30 day.

I bought another once off 500MB on 16 Sep and it expired on 15 Oct without using. I did not have access to the data at all! Your call centre explained that the data is taken from the bundle which was activated first. From my understanding, the 1GB for Sep was activated before the 16 Sep, so it was deducted from 1GB before I can get access to 500MB. On the 29 Sep, the 1GB for Oct was activated and it is valid until 30 Nov. But it was still deducted from the 1GB for Oct not the 500 MB.

I paid the products and I should get what I paid. It is as simple as we go to the shop. I have the right to choose what I use first!!!
