25 Aug 2025, 17:02The only thing you remain commited to sending me spam. I've asked multiple times for you to remove me from your marketing SMSs. This is probably the 5th time someone calls me about this. Every time they tell me they're removing me from the spam list.
Then when I finally tell the person on the phone that "I'm tired of this sh*t" they start lecturing me about language.
Why do you even need to call me to remove me from the spam list? Just remove me and never put me back on.
You're an awful company. The only reason you have customers is because you and MTN have a duopoly and MTN is just as bad.
