What is the way forward for Vodacom?? Down the tube??

I have 3 Internet connections via Vodacom. It looks like Vodacom is losing the competition battle. Of the 3 connections are two connections unstable and one is not working.

Vodacom makes a lot of promises but nothing happens. One LTE line is so unstable I can not even have a zoom meeting over that line so I bought a MTN date bundle card for that. Even MTN works better as Vodacom in that area. One Fibre line in Jhb North is completely of since the 22nd of Jan. and the 3rd line: I have to reset the router every 2 to 3 hours to keep connection.

And what is Vodacom doing??? Promises, Promises. This reminds me of the time when two persons took out a cellphone contract on my name. When reported it I received a REF. number but the next time I enquired how far they were with the investigation the reference number was deleted. Of which proof. 50 pages document/affidavit.

This is what you can expect from Vodacom.

Now it is getting really funny. That email address is not in use anymore for about 9 years
Pls synchronise your computer system with the rest of Vodacom. My Email address is ***.
Here we see again a point where Vodacom can improve their service by using the correct email address as on some of there servers.
