What is the R503 for????
I reported this amount of R 503 on my account for data that I do not know about, but looks like you are not interested to find the truth. So I went to the Vodacom 4u shop in Cape Gate where I upgraded and they checked the phone to try to find out where the charges come from.<br> Updates are not enabled so it was not that. I do not use my phone for Internet, I have a contract at this Cafe where I am sending this from.<br> So please find out what went wrong. This is not acceptable.<br> I am a Pensioner so I cannot afford charges like that, and what if it happens again?
