What is the purpose of recording calls? Why so many empty promises? Does customers not matter ?

What’s the purpose of recording calls if Vodacom refuses to go back to their call history to hear what was promised to me by their consultants? Vodacom made promises and yet it’s 3 weeks later and my number is still not working.. my business has taken a negative impact by this, I’m trying to tell vodacom to pull their call history and hear how I was promised not only by their team leaders but also their staff no one is providing feedback nor are they interested in contacting me, when I post a hello Peter review I get an automatic response then get an email to say that my query was resolved or was privately messaged yet I don’t receive anything, a team leader promised to cc me in the email communication with the other staff but I’m still waiting for the email to come through. How do I get this resolved? I need another service provider, what is the purpose of recording calls if no one wants to go back to listen to the calls… I am really fed up and would never recommend people to us their service, can’t wait to change my network provider. #VodacomMustFall #EmptyPromises #TeamLeadersAre***** #VodacomIsNotForTheirCustomers #VodacomIsTheWorstServiceProvider
