What is happening to SA Leading "Poor client service" network provider?

Vodacom Online services are misleading and ***********, I wanted to apply for a contract with them to save on the sim costs and was approved for a new phone, I waited 2 weeks and was told after all this "sorry we don't have that phone in stock" only after this was approved, so I decided to cancelled my application for a new contract due to poor customer service, I called in and the lady confirmed that it was cancelled. So a month later I decided to called in to get a better phone that was in stock, the Samsung S9+. They say we need a copy of your ID, Payslip and 3 months bank statements. I comply with this and email this o the address sms'ed to me. Then I wait for a response to say we received the documents and whether or I qualified and to date I am without a reply, so I call in spoke to 3 agents, on 3 separate occasions each more *********** than the last, frustated of running around in circles and waiting for the manager to call me back, I ask to lay a formal complaint about documents sent through over 3 weeks ago, and the last agent "Amanda" slam the phone down. Now frustrated, yet I still need to apply for a phone I walk into a vodacom store in canal walk only to find out the Online division of vodacom has lowered my credit scoring and have not removed my initial cancelled contract off my name so NOW I am ****ed with this. And still don't have a phone What is happening to SA Leading "Poor client service" network provider?
