what is happening at Vodacom ?

I called now to get information about my upgrade and the agent couldn't hear me and wasn't even able to pay attention. There was extremely loud music and noise in the background. Was more like I called someone at a club than a company. It was so frustrating trying to talk, hear and get information from the agent. what is happening to Vodacom ??????????? she was so pre-occupied and had a don't care attitude about what I really needed as a client.
