What is going on with the price increases?

Dear Vodacom<br> <br> I've been with you for about 5-6 years and according to me, under my current cellphone I have never had a pricing increase during the duration of my 24 month contract. If there was, please provide me with the details.<br> <br> If there wasn't in the past, why now? I'm not the only one that is currently upset. I'm just probably one of few that voices my unhappiness. <br> <br> P.S. There is 22 employees at my employer of which 17 is with Vodacom. They are all complaining. Just saying but then again if you are a fat cat service provided what is loosing a few thousand customers due to pricing increases. :(
