What is going on??

My credit card expired on 11-2015. After I contacted Vodacom to update the credit card details. In all the time I have been with Vodacom, and I have been with Vodacom for many many years. I have not faced issues like this.

There is money in the credit card, but Vodacom is not deducting correctly. I have to phone in January to resubmit the debit order and again in February!! Then for some reason Vodacom did not deduct the full amount!!! Now I received an SMS from Vodacom: \Please be adviced that we have accepted your cash payment arrangement for 18/02/2016. Your debit order was removed. Be advised of that will affect your credit records when payment are made late. - Setgabela\".

Right now I am furious... The problem is not on my side. It is on VODACOM's side!!! How can you send an SMS like that after I phoned Vodacom 3 days earlier to ask that you resubmit the debit order? How can you just remove the debit order without talking to me? If this truly effected my credit records I want that fixed!, or I will have to pressure legal action against Vodacom. I take this very seriously and want the debit order fixed. I do not want the same S H I T AGAIN next month!!!"
