What is going on

I have received now received 20 text messages all stating the same thing. That R19 has been deducted off my account for blackberry 10 services. Since when do I pay for this and I did not even request this. I want an answer as to what the hell is going on. If one cent is deducted off my account for a service I did not request there will be hell to pay.
