What I bought VS what I got (It was too good to be tru)

I took an online deal of 2 phones and included insurance, my invoice only shows the phone instalments excluding the insurance

When I received the devices I had to called Vodacom who referred me to the insurance people, called the insurance people and they referred me back to Vodacom who then referred me back to the insurance people who said I need to pay insurance per phone yet when I selected the option online it said nothing about insuring 1 phone when I selected the insurance option

Their stuff were full of attitude and unhelpful, they did not even request my details to see what I signed up for

Their deals was too good to be true
