What happened to service delivery

This is now the third time I am complaining on this site and nothing seems to happen. They phone and after that they disappear of the face of the earth. They don't reply to my emails or nothing. I have not heard from Vodacom since the 24th of April, Dane Larson said he gave my details to a Divan and that he will contact me. Still waiting. I am beyond livid. I have NEVER had such bad service in my life before. I have also complained at ICASA but they also don't reply. When you phone they just say hold the line and then you have to record a message. I suppose they will also never follow up.
