18 Oct 2017, 09:53Renzo Maart, I received this response, and as I told your customer centre agent yesterday, I use the same application and for almost 200mb and R150 to be consumed in a minute is absurd. Please check my history and your facts because you dismiss me like that, and blame me for consuming almost 1gig in less than a day
The last time I had this issue I was advised to minitor my data, that is what I have done. Your response is unacceptable. Stop de*****ing my data and be honest. I used to respect Vodacom but you guys have become supet *********** with your support personnel ready to blame "problem with my phone" without even listening to the entire issue that I was reporting.
STOP BLAMING YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND STOP *****ING OUR DATA
If what you are saying about my applications using up all 750 mb in less than one day. Why did the same applications not use up the same amount of data in previous days?
Please be honest and stop cheating us
I am tired of complaining about the same problem and getting different responses from you, Vodacom.
Here is your response that you sent via SMS. You did not even have the decency to call me for my sesponse:
Dear Customer, an investigation has been completed and your billing was found to be completely correct and accurate. To see which apps used your data, go to Settings - Data Usage (change usage cycle to display a specific day). You can go to your PlayStore settings to change the way installed apps are updated. To save costs turn off Auto-Sync (Google Account) as well as Backup and Reset feature in Settings menu. To close background activity, hold the HOME button down. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Renzo Maart
