What happened to Customer service???
On 27 January 2018 I made a payment of R600 via EFT into Vodacoms account. 29 January 2018 my phone was suspended due to non payment. I gave Vodacom a call to find out what is happening (no proof of payment received). Also my account was R57.00 in arrears. I made the payment of R57.00 and sent through bothe proof of payments. Gave Vodacom a call again and had my line reinstated. Aslo changed my banking details to another bank.( I was then informed that this would only be affective on 1 March 2018 as Vodacom has already sent through the debit request at my other bank). On 1 February 2018 Vodacom deducted R657.00 on the new banking details that was only supposed to be deducted on 1 March 2018. On 2 February 2018 I gave Vodacom a call to inform them about the double amount deducted. Vodacom then apologised and said the cash would be back in my account within 7 to 14 working days. On 15 February 2018 I gave them a call to find out how far the cash is, only to then find out that I should send them through a proof of payment of my eft AGAIN...... On 20 February 2018 I gave them yet another call to find out how far my cash is. Now I am informed that only R288.50 will be credited due to Februaries invoice..... I find this HIGHLY unacceptable that I have to beg for my money every time I give Vodacom a call due to THEIR mistake. All Vodacom can do is apologise. If I miss a payment my account goes up with R100.00 due to their banking fees. But if they double deduct an apology is more than enough from Vodacom??? Due to the fact that Vodacom has until now not credited my account I have no possible way of getting to work. But an apology is enough?? And now on 20 Feb 2018 they still have to inform me that not even the full amount will be credited??
VODACOM THIS IS MOST DEFINITLEY NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.......
