WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!!!
On Friday the 4th of December 2015, I registered a complaint via email with regards to my Vodacom accounts. I immediately received confirmation that my complaint was registered, and that a customer care consultant would contact me. On Saturday the 5th of December 2015 Customer Service Consultant - IVON NDITSHENI SILIMA contacted me, and through her perfect product knowledge and expertize she efficiently assisted me and solved all my problems and issues with my account. I want to commend her personally for her assistance and her vast product knowledge and expertize, and I trust that Vodacom will acknowledge the great enthusiasm she demonstrates in the fulfilment of her duties as a Service Consultant!!!! With personnel of that calibre, I will most definitely be a Vodacom Client for many hears to come! Thanks Vodacom and your Team.
