What else must I do?
I got my account in 2011. In 2012 I got divorced. I went to Vodacom Tygervalley with all the correct documents and changed my details to my ****en name. It wasn't changed. In 2015 I got married and I went to Vodacom Century City with all the correct documents and changed my details but it didn't change. Now I did a upgrade through their website but because they didn't change my details the courier couldn't give me the phone on Monday. I send documents to ********** to change my details on Monday. I have been asking for feed back form ********** I have not heard anything. The vodacom chat operatives can't tell me anything because only back office got the documents. It has been 72 hours can ********** please give me feed back?
