What does Vodacom demand for my sister in law to pay for a contract she did not take?

Why is Vodacom trying to make my sister in law, Mrs Lerato Mildred Sefali, ID no *** and cell no ***, pay for a contract she did not take? A lady alleging to be from Hammond Pole attorneys demanded payment for a contract that was purportedly taken out in 2022. What incensed me and my family is why n earth did Vodacom take so long before contacting Mrs Lerato Mildred Sefali? From where I am sitting, Vodacom realised that the contract in question was a *****ulent one, amd since they cannot trace the person who took the contract, they are now taking chances by demanding payment from Mrs Lerato Mildred Sefali. Vodacom should call Mrs Lerato Mildred Sefali and explained to her what happened. From here onwards, we will explore our legal options. Yet since I am Vodacom client, Ibam not surprised by your ineptitude!! I can assure you that once another service provider has excellent coverage in my area, I am going to terminate all my Vodacom contracts!! Additionally, writing to hellopeter is the only option because Vodacom's call centre agents are utterly useless, clueless and inept!!
