What does it really take
I am very very frustrated with Vodacom i do not even know HOW TO EXPRESS IT. I am raising the same issue for the 100th time but vodacom keeps lying to me.I settled my cellphone account OVER 6 MONTHS AGO NOW but ITC is not updated after i made numerous requestS.I keep getting the same reply \Your request has been sent to the relevant department and your information will be updated within 7 days but it JUST NEVER HAPPENS EVER so its actually a big lie.PLEASE UPDATE MY NAME ON ITC I DO NOT OWE YOU R1952 PLEASE."
