What does customer service mean to you vodacom?

Since when is it that customer care consultant shouts at a customer? I was told that I must listen and afford the consultant the courtesy of speaking and that I am paying my account incorrectly. I just asked a question and put in a query.... I am disgusted vodacom, never in my life have i been spoken to like this. I just put the phone down otherwise i would have said terrible things to the snot nosed idiot on the other side representing your company.
