What do I pay for????

The area where I stay and work from home is having a bad network now for several days. One cannot work like this, as the signal is lost every few minutes. This is frustrating and also time wasting. I rely on network coverage, but cannot do any work due to this bad network in Eduanpark, Polokwane. If this was the first time, I could understand that there maybe some maintenance or other problem, but this is becoming a more regular occurrence over the last year. Please assist urgently,
