WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? THERE IS NONE.

I did an upgrade online for my twin daughters cellphone contracts. They both chose a Huawei phablet which came with a GT watch promotion. However the promotion could only be accessed once the phone was received and the recipient completed the necessary info online. Firstly, the delivery of the phones were delayed as nowhere on the online upgrade page or the subsequent automated messaging that follows did they state that I , the account holder, had to be physically there to receive the goods. This took more than a week to resolve with RAM couriers coming to my work. The bigger challenge is the watch promo. The one twin mistakenly entered her sister 's IEMI number instead of her own. This resulted in an error message and despite all our attempts to do so ,we could not correct it, as the system does not allow it. I then sent a query to the email address that is supp**** with this watch promo, I attached both invoices explaining the problem. To date no-one has come back( four weeks later) and despite 2 further emails following up on this one email. I dont think anyone mans that inbox? To make matters worse there is no email for vodacom, you have to log a call. this is the THIRD day that I try calling Vodacom through the upgrade number- it stays engaged and I cant spend my entire day on the phone! Its sad that I am hoping a Hellopeter escalation gets me some response from this large service provider that cant get customer service right. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
