What Customer Service???

I think it is terrible to keep a customer for over 40 minutes on the line and still nobody to answer the phone. This is the worse customer service ever. I have never in my entire life experience such terrible service....or the lack thereof. Is it that hard to get one simple question answered. Then you want me to hold on to evaluate the service I got after the call....you must answer first so that I can rate you as terrible!! Good reason to move my contract.
