What customer care???

I called Vodacom customer care in June 15 to cap my two data bundles. I was assured that it was done. It was not, the person deactivated both accounts. I had ********** accounts for the months that followed. The technical specialists revisited the recorded phone call and agreed I did ask for the contract to be capped....but I will still be liable to pay for all the data used over the capped amount (just at a lower rate)....Vodacom, if I asked you to cap my account, and you SAID you did, you should not charge me for using extra data I was not aware I was using....if you SAID you capped my account, I accept you did and that the network coverage would cut out after the said limit?? Is it not the customer's prerogative to top up data if they want to? What if I chose to not use my iPad's for the rest of the month? Why does Vodacom make that decision on my behalf and charge me for it? I have spoken to no less than 10 customer care persons since then, and am wasting so much time explaining the background to each person. You may not request to speak to the same person who you dealt with previously, company policy. Vodacom, you are wasting my time and money! CO
