What bad service Vodacome@Sandton City!

I bought a tempered glass screen protector for my Experia Z3 compact and after it was put on, the screen protector has a corner missing! It's not 100% coverage as the box says and is vastly different from the picture. I complained to the consultant who assured me that it was fine, however I know from previous experience if it's not 100% the screen can crack. The store manager said that is how it is to cater for the camera but the previous one I had on the phone was full coverage.I offered to purchase a more expensive one but he said no refunds.<br> <br> My huge issue is how can Vodacom staff lie to say the screen protector is fine when they know the phone will get damaged. It is a blatant lie that they sell this product and it is in no way representative of the image on the box and falsely mislead customers.When the customer drops their phone the first time, it WILL crack.<br> <br> It is sad that Vodacom staff are not working in the customers best interest. Be aware when you go to the Vodacom Store @ Da Vince,the staff will sell you anything without regard to your best interest.They cannot absolve themselves saying it's the products fault, they sell it! I will be taking this to CPA/NCR!<br> <br>
