What are we paying for
I am so sick and tired of vodacom's bad signal. Every time we move the signal is great the 1st week and the we get throttled. For the past 2 months the ping is 199ms DL 0.46 UL 2.9. I have tried all the tips from vodacom but to no avail. I was once told by a vodacom tech that I should consider MTN as they have a better tower structure. Really! If the network is poor then we should get a rebate on our accounts. Why does KZN have such good coverage?
