WHAT AN INSULT!
<p>Vodacom's customer care call centre is a joke! They seem to employ the rudest people to deal with their customers. And to think that we as customers pay their salaries! I have never been so insulted. Without resolving my problem the so-called "customer care" agent actually put the phone down in my ear and had the audacity to ask me to rate her service!!</p>
