What an awful experience by one of Vodacom's partners

This rating is not for Vodacom, but needing Vodacom to be aware of a negative experience I've had with one of their "partners" - Elite Mobile. Elite Mobile What an awful experience A review of Elite Mobile by Colleen C on 16 Apr 2019 Like Share Comment Report What an awful experience What a very disappointing, frustrating and overall worse customer service call I received from a lady at Elite Mobile (sorry after the very rude behaviour and attitude from this agent towards the end of our call, I completely let her name fly out of my head) - please check your recordings to my number ********** at 12h39 today (16 Apr '19). Completely talking over and through me when I could not provide information, ignoring the fact that I asked her who she thinks I'm talking to ... I don't have words. Please listen to that recording and tell me how someone like this can be trusted to deal with customers and to actually keep clients on board for Vodacom????? I am extremely infuriated"
