What am I paying R3000 a month for?

In the last 31 days I have had signal for 8 days. My number was blocked after the 10th call to protect me from ***** - is VODACOM silencing its neglected clients at its source?. The tower by Middelburg Mpumalanga by the Doornkop Sasol (just search on googlemaps) is offline now for the second time. The previous time was 25 April (last month) and it took 21 days to fix it after complaining because the previous estimate was to fix it on the 28th of May, we where told this on about the 13th of May. Note - it just needed new batteries. This Saturday on the 24th the tower went off again and is still offline 4 days strong. We are being told that the tower is overloaded which is not correct. If the tower was overloaded I would still have signal just a bad connection and at times of peak use probably not be able to use any of that signal. But we have zero signal which indicates the tower is offline. I have asked numerous times for the technical team to phone me and tell me what is going on and what is the ETA as the poor people at 082135 do not know and I cannot phone . I have been ignored by this team. I am a paying customer who just upgraded and took out another contract for internet. I dont want to hear the nonsense PR stuff about a new tower and we must be patient, I cannot be asked to pay R3000 a month and then have to wait for a new tower which is apparently still in the planning phase which means a few month's - what a poeffie thing to hear as a 18 year contracted customer. The tower must be fixed asap and then we can build the new fancy tower with all the latest G's and dishes and whatever the tech team fancies. If Vodacom cannot help its client's with signal, it can provide me with a second refund again. Please come and fix it, I would love to be connected with my family and the world again.

i am not cursing, the system blocked me to protect me from F R A U D - after 10 calls. I think if a client has to make 10 calls a manager should phone the client to see if they can assist. not block the client and then charge them R2 a minute if they want to call. Talk about a profit driven company who does not care about TCF.
