What a wow!
I called your call centre at exactly 13:44 on April 16th to enquire about an email I recieved in terms of billing. I selected all the relevant prompts so that I could be firstly be assisted in English(I cannot speak any other langauge) and my ID was provided. I was transferred to Xolelo, I said hello, she responded in a language I did not understand(she said angizwa). Additionally, her tone and lack of engagement gave the impression that she was unwilling to assist(please do have a listen to the recording because wow). She asked me to verify myself and asked me 5 security questions (My ID number, email address, phone number, AGREEMENT payment method, and then the plan which I do not even see on the invoices and you can hear on the call that I am trying to find this information on the invoice). Now I took this account out years ago as I am sure you will see I have been with Vodacom for forever, I told her how I currently pay because I do not remember the agreement, she then told me I am giving confusing answers, I asked to be transferred to speak to someone else since I already answered 5 security questions and she said she could not transfer me. So, Vodacom, do you want your money or not because it seems this is all you care about since your point of contact lacks the basics of customer etiquette.
