what a pathetic service provider

i sending this request on behalf of my brother.his line has been cut off today. he has been receiving calls from vodacom informing him that someone is trying to do a sim swap from his phone. th y asked all his details and he gave them and they were convinced. to his surprise his line has been cut today at 17:00. he is working night shift as a driver with no contact. I tried to call the 082111 no on his behalf where u as made to hold the line for 45 minutes which I could say is unacceptable.his office needs to contact him for the next drop off or delivery.
