What a bunch of fools at Vodacom

I have been receiving invoices and my bank account debited yet l don't have a contract with them, l don't have a device, data or airtime from Vodacom.

I am not even on the Vodacom network.

The reference number is Fwd: Vodacom Notification - VB016318-2

I have been in contact with below people who kept transferring me calls from one department to another

Instead they wanna investigate me yet l am the one investigating them. What a bunch of fools at Vodacom. I just wonder how can a sane person generate an invoice without a valid job card or valid contract.
