WFT is going on with you?

<p>So yerstaday i made an online contract request, i filled in the form and got an email confirming that one of your trusty agents will contact me. I didn't receive any call so when i called back one of your agents hang up on me before i could even finish my setence..So i tried calling again and more than 3 times and the same thing happened... i was being hang up on..... but eventually one of your agents called me to complete my online contract application and i reported the problem to her.........And also you online chat system is terrible.</p>
