Westgate vodacom poor service

I tried to open a contract with Vodacom Westgate on the 3 December 2025 for Apple iPhone 13 that was on black Friday special going for R379. It WAS then approved and I was asked if am I going to collect it or not. I then explained that I won't be able fetch it during the course of the week because I'm working a night shift at work and during the day I sleep . What then happened was that the lady who was assisting me named Sbongile suggested that since I won't be able to come through the phone can be delivered to me with no cost because delivery is free. I then agreed to the delivery option. To my surprise a week later when I was calling the store in regards to the phone I get informed that the phone has been sold because I was called and I didn't pick up my phone. I was surprised because the store only called once. Now I'm told that the phone special has ended on the 8th of December. I really don't appreciate their service and lack of communication not forgetting efforts to call me again since I was only called once and it was concluded on their side that they are selling the phone. I'd appreciate it if this matter was investigated.
