were is my airtime?

I see vodacom is at it again!!!I brought airtime then a prepaid data bundle.I was on line doing downloads ,when I received notification that my data bundle will end soon,I decided to buy another but lord behold,my airtime was gone!!!to think that I even thought of porting my main number to this network cuz I thought it was great I was mistaken!!!!!I tried calling ur call centre but they don't have an option for *****t or consultants anymore....makes me feel like this is mtn or Telkom mobile. I want my airtime back mxm *****s
