Wendy from Vodacom - the rudest consultant ever!

The title of this review says it all! Just had a call from someone by the name of Wendy, trying to upgrade or migrate me to a "Red" package. Call came from +*** at 16:23 - please go listen to the call they are all recorded we are led to believe. What a rude, unprofessional human being - didn't want to hear me out, refused to answer the questions I had, and when she realized she wasn't about to make a sale she cut the call whilst I was still trying to get my point across. Complete disgrace of an employee - you should be ashamed to employ people of this caliber in your call centers.
