Well done Nokuthula Jalose

I have had the worst service from Vodacom since my last 10 odd some years with them. Last week I called in to place a notice to cancel my contract when it ends in August but the agent cancelled my contract with immediate effect. Later on when I tried to use my phone it said your service has been suspended. I then tried to contact Vodacom again as it didn't seem fair for me to still pay my contract till end August and not receive my airtime. After numerous calls to numerous agents and umteenth counts of verification procedures and being transferred to different agents including a very rude and unemphatic Bronwyn and Mapalhale from the collections department. I decided to try one last time and by the Grace of God I was put through to an amazing, efficient, understanding and very intellectual person Nokuthula Jalose from customer care, who not only went above and beyond by calling me back and keeping me informed on the process she eventually managed to reconnect my line and I was completely blown away by the quick assistance I received from her which took her less than an hour to resolve yet I have been trying for over a week with other staff members who didn't seem to know what was going on- lack of training and knowledge or just sheer laziness to help a customer. Well done Nokuthula you have knocked my socks off by your excellent service and s****s. Thank you very much , you are a rare gem at Vodacom!
