Alistair Klein - I nearly fell off my chair getting a return call @ 11:25 the very next morning after I had posted my complaint!! As a first timer to Hello Peter - can you imagine my shock and excitement at the same time? To this point even if my problem was not going to be resolved the fact that I received a call back was enough for me.<br> <br> Alistair Klein - keep up the good work
