WELL DONE!!!

On Friday 20.03.15, I quickly run into VodaShop in the Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg I think it was 17.45, and I needed a modem - I have been a Vodacom Customer for 20 years and I am renown for causing Havoc in the shops and Customer Help line due to absolute poor service.<br> So it was so AMAZING to be greeted with such genuine and welcoming smiles and eagerness to assist me even though they where on the way to close. The service was quick, painless and Extremely pleasant.<br> <br> I want to commend the follow agents who assisted me:<br> Haseena Kara - Sales Consultant - Thank you very much really friendly and efficient.<br> Mohammed - a New Trainee that started - WOW - energetic, friendly, help full and knowledgeable - KEEP IM HE IS A GEM!! <br> Natahan - I had to send some final documents for Haseena and she was off on Saturday, so he said no problem must send it to him - he even gave me a follow up email to confirm receipt of the documents.
