Welcome Tune

Over the weekend I realized that my phone number was subscribed to a Welcome Tune without me actually registering for it. I have phoned Vodacom, tried other ways (calling 1178 for example) of unsubscribing but there is no option to unsubscribe. This is a very unprofessional service which I do not want so be subscribed to and no way to get rid of it.
