Welcome tones NOT WELCOME
THEY KEEP TURNING ON STUPID WELCOME TONES!!!
I have unsubscribed (without subscribing in the first place) I have blocked content services, I have called and have consultants promise me it will not happen again, and this is the 4th time that the stupid welcome tone automatically comes on.
I am a professional person and clients contact me on this number. Now they have a stupid tone they need to listen to before I answer the phone. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL and it is affecting my business.
I was called by someone from Vodacom promising it will not happen again and it happened AGAIN!!!!!!

24 Jul 2020, 11:37What is even better, when you phone in to cancel the contract they do not even try and rectify the bad service, simply say oh I'm sorry. Vodacom clearly lost intrest in customer service
