Welcome tones being added to my phone, without my permission.

A few months ago, a welcome tone was added on my phone (without me purchasing it). After a huge struggle, i got it removed and blocked ALL content services. Last week my husband phoned me and asked me what welcome tone do i have on my phone. @#%*$!(% i did not even purchase it, and somehow it got onto my phone again). I struggled a week to get it removed. How can it be on my phone if i blocked all content services. This is a real ******** act from vodacom, and i want someone to answer and explain to me, how the hell this stuff gets on my phone, even after blocking everything.
