Welcome tones added and can't be removed

I somehow just got subscribed to this dumb welcome tones! I've tried everything and did everything customer care said I should do and they said it will take 1-3 working days to deactivate and its been about 5 already! I tried everything and I still have this dumb music playing when people call me!

You say a say you will contact me but I'm still waiting and I still have this welcome tone that everyone hears! This is ridiculous! I need this removed immediately!

Vodacom just sent me an email saying I should do all the things I've already done! I've even spoken to a customer care consultant and it hasn't worked! All of this was mentioned in my initial complaint! What is wrong with Vodacom? You guys don't care about your loyal customers! Vodacom is becoming a joke!
