Welcom in, you will never get out

Hi

I am reaching out in desperation because it is totally impossible to get hold of anyone on the customer care numbers and I am becoming very angry. My mother had a stroke on the 5th August. When trying to sort out her papers I phoned in to cancel her Vodacom contract I discovered that some payments due to Vodacom had not been made up was told the money would be deducted on the next run and that the contract which had been paid up for years would then be cancelled. I waited but the money was not taken so I called in again this time I was told that the amount was up by another R200 and that I should have paid the money in. I then put the money in the bank this was the 23rd October.

However this time I discovered that the money had been taken off my mother’s bank account and that it had gone up by another R200 and that I still can’t cancel the contract and have in fact been handed over

After trying all day by phone I eventually got through to a human being who told me my mother had been handed over for non payment I got the number for the collection services ********** I discover that system can’t recognize my mother’s ID number and makes up its own numbers. I really don't know what to do anymore. I just hope this reaches someone other than a machine.
