Wel vodacom still not getting back to me

Vodacom breaching contract, Advertising products that dont exist and staff saying different stories.

I took out n contract online with vodacom an Iphone XS Max silver sith airpods on an open lind on 20March 2019. The same day it was aproved and comformation was done. But then all of a sudden they dident hsve stock.

I asked the lady when they would expect stock she said the 22march. So i phoned again no they might only get monday. Okay so monday i phoned again no only the 5th of april. So on the 1st of April i phoned again. This lady informed me that they do have stock over 450 units. I spoke to their stock watehouse they confirmed this. Hower this lady told me the next

Sir we do not have stock of the Apple Airpods advertised with the contract on vodacoms site. And that the product had been discontinued ( pleas note its still being advertised today)

Not one had noticed this for 12 days for 12 days.

Now this is the new scenario. If they change the contract my contract will get declined. They cant give me my contract that was aproved.

They sent it to an internal person at mtn whi would be assisting but the whole day has gone by and I haven’t received any feedback.

And i am even willing to sacrifice the airpods to just get the phone.

So now i might not get an contract due to now fault of my own but because of vodacom not being able to keepnto their promis eon advertising.
