2weeks no phone

I took in my phone at VodaWorld for repairs and I've had the worst experience ever!! I have now been without my phone for the second week and counting. First week they told me there was a mismatch with documents between insurance and the repair center, I had to do follow up no one did a rebooking, now the second job number was accepted by insurance but no word on the repair of my phone... I'm very disappointed.
